Production Operator

Work Locations:

• Budapest

Eligibility:

• Women aged 18 to 50 are invited to apply.
• Open to applicants of any gender.

Salary:

• For employees without benefits: 260,904 HUF (average living wage).
• For employees with minor children: 330,885 HUF (average take-home salary).
• For employees under 25 years old: 331,873 HUF (average take-home salary).
• Salary is transferred monthly between the 15th and 18th to the employee’s personal bank account.

Working Hours:

• Permanent work (Monday to Sunday) as a production operator.
• Shift options:
  • 5 working days + 2 days off – 8-hour shifts.
  • 3 working days + 3 days off – 12-hour shifts.
• Shift schedule depends on production needs.
• Breaks during work are included in working time (optional but paid).
• Break durations:
  • 30 minutes for an 8-hour shift.
  • 45 minutes for a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities:

• Production of auto parts, distribution boxes, electrical switch boxes, and distributors.
• Manual assembly operations in a clean, air-conditioned production environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum education requirement: At least 8 grades of secondary school.

Additional Information:

• Probation period: 3 months (according to work schedule).
• Employment contract duration: 2 years.
• Work type: Full-time.
• Medical examination:
  • Applicants who cannot distinguish colours, have high blood pressure, or are unfit to stand for long periods will not qualify.
