Role Overview:
The Manager of Operations will oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of GEC LLC’s Business Visa, Immigration Services, and Business Setup division. This role involves leading a team, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, optimizing business processes, and enhancing client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration consultancy, business setup processes, and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
Oversee and streamline end-to-end processes for business visa applications, immigration services, and business setup.
Ensure compliance with local and international immigration regulations.
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Client Services & Relationship Management:
Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and prompt service delivery.
Provide expert guidance on visa options, business setup requirements, and immigration pathways.
Address client concerns and manage escalations effectively.
- Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, train, and mentor a team of consultants and administrative staff.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of services.
Foster a collaborative work environment and promote continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in line with legal requirements.
Stay updated on changing immigration laws and business regulations.
Conduct regular audits to maintain service quality and regulatory compliance.
- Business Development & Strategy:
Identify new business opportunities and service enhancements.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement growth strategies.
Support marketing efforts by providing insights for promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 1 years of experience in immigration consultancy, business setup, or related fields.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong knowledge of UAE and international immigration laws and business setup processes.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
