Main Responsibilities
To fulfill the assigned functions, the bricklayer must perform the following tasks:
- Laying simple walls made of bricks and small blocks for plastering and joint finishing during the laying process.
- Filling frame walls.
- Constructing foundations using rubble stone and brick debris for pouring.
- Installing cement screeds.
- Laying horizontal waterproofing of foundations using roll materials.
- Filling grooves, recesses, and holes with bricks and concrete.
- Creating openings in brick and rubble walls using mechanized tools.
- Dismantling masonry of bridge supports using mechanized tools.
- Creating grooves, recesses, and holes with mechanized tools.
- Installing reinforced concrete lintels above windows, doors, and niches in brick buildings.

Work Schedule (days/hours per week: Six-day workweek, with one day off
Salary Level (from/to and factors influencing it): Salary ranges from 70,000 rubles to 110,000.00 (One hundred ten thousand) rubles.

Probation Period Duration (payment during this period)
The probation period is up to 3 months. During this period, the salary is 60,000.00 (Sixty thousand) rubles. It may be reduced to one month after the evaluation of professional skills by the organization’s mentor.

- Main types of details and prefabricated structures used in constructing brick buildings.
- Basic properties of mortars, wall and waterproofing materials, masonry systems, and joint binding methods.
- Techniques for spreading mortar and laying bricks.
- Technology for constructing and assembling parts of a building.
- Purpose, structure, and rules for using equipment, tools, and devices.
- Rules for reading construction drawings and creating sketches.
- Quality requirements for brick masonry and prefabricated reinforced concrete structures installed in brick buildings.
Personal Qualities: Responsible, communicative, team player, precise, and attentive
Other Important Information: Working at heights; occasional lifting of loads up to 10 kg.
Health Requirements for Candidates: Good physical endurance; no contraindications after a medical examination under hazard class 3.1.

- Accommodation Upon Arrival or Employment – Foreign nationals are accommodated upon arrival in Tyumen, Russia. They will be housed in a special building with all necessary living conditions. A dedicated dormitory under construction will be used later.
- Migration Registration at Place of Residence (cost/payer) – Covered by the employer.
- Assistance with Patent Processing (employer or employee (conditions, amount), income tax) – Initially covered by the employer, later deducted from the employee’s salary during the employment period (1 to 6 months).
- Training Costs (cost and payer) – Covered by the employer, except for professional development or retraining courses, which require a separate apprentice agreement with cost recovery deducted over 1 to 3 years.
- Transport to Worksite (enterprise shuttle) – Transportation will be organized by the employer at no cost to employees.
