Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee milking, equipment maintenance, hygiene, and record-keeping.
- Work with budgets and maintain records.
- Be hands-on, hardworking, deadline-driven, and diligent.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Handle maintenance tasks.
- Monitor herd health, vaccination, calving, and breeding.
