We are urgently hiring 30 female farm workers to work in agriculture fields in Poland. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced agricultural environment and assist in the cultivation and harvesting of crops such as blueberries, onions, and other produce.
Responsibilities:
- Crop Harvesting: Assist in picking blueberries, onions, and other crops as per seasonal demand.
- Field Maintenance: Aid in maintaining crop health through general farm duties such as weeding, watering, and pruning.
- Packing and Sorting: Pack harvested crops and prepare them for transportation to local markets or distribution centers.
- Cleaning and Organizing: Ensure work areas and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for daily use.Requirements:
- Gender: Female only
- Experience: Previous experience in farm work is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Age: 18 to 45 years old
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks and work long hours in varying weather conditions.
