Foundry Workers

Activity:

• The largest and most technologically advanced aluminum die-casting plant in the Czech Republic.
• Over 1,000 employees work here, processing 12,000 tons of aluminum annually.
• Production of aluminum alloys, including gearbox components for Volkswagen Group brands.

Candidates:

• Men, women, and married couples aged 18 to 45.

Location:

• Třemošnice, Czech Republic.

Salary:

• Starting from 105.00 CZK/hour net (including overtime and bonuses).
• On average, candidates can earn 300 hours x 105.00 CZK = 31,500.00 CZK net per month.

Work Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts:
  • 2 days day shift, 2 days night shift, 2 days off.
• Up to 300 working hours per month.

Accommodation:

• Provided by the employer in Čáslav.
• Good living conditions, separate rooms for married couples.
• Free transportation to work (18 km).

Responsibilities:

• Operating equipment in the foundry (melting, casting, grinding machines).
• Key tasks for foundry workers:
  • Controlling material quantities.
  • Grinding, breaking molds (men).
• Casting production and simpler machine operations (including for women).

Additional Information:

• Upon arrival, candidates take a COVID test at the employer’s expense and start work once results are ready.
• Experience in the automotive industry is welcomed.
